Eligibility
Only appilcable for orders made on our official website or showrooms. The 30-day return period starts from the date of installation. The product must be in its original condition, free from damage or misuse, and accompanied by all accessories and packaging.

Refund Details
You will receive a refund for the product price you paid for, minus installation and removal fee, and transport charges. The exact deduction will be clearly communicated to you during the return process.
Installation & Removal Fee:
- All Digital Door & Gate Locks – $150
Transport Charges:
- Initial Installation Trip – $50
- Removal Trip – $50
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of installation. Our customer support team will arrange for the removal of the lock and guide you through the return process.
Upon eligibility confirmation, your refund should be processed within 10 working days depending on your payment method.
Exclusions
Locks that have been tampered with or damaged due to improper use are excluded from this policy.
